Set Time Scale (SetTimeScale)
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim — Console Commands
Changes the speed of in-game time relative to real time. Default is 20 (1 real minute = 20 game minutes).
Syntax
set timescale to <value>Example

Value 1 makes real-time; 20 is default. Lower values slow time, higher speeds it up.
