This mod aims to make GTA IV more natural, less dark and more vibrant. My inspiration was the never released iCEnhancer C by Icelaglace. I spent about 500-1000 hours to create and update this mod.

Increased Draw Distance
Increases the farclip values of the game. Default value is like 1,000 to 3,000 I believe. This increases all values to 10,000
