Instantly teleports the admin to a specified player's current location. Used for spectating, assisting stuck players, or delivering items directly.

🎯 Tips & Tricks
Use player ID
If two players have similar names, use the Steam64 ID (e.g., #teleport 76561198000000000) to avoid teleporting to the wrong person.
